Treating people justly means judging them according to their character and actions and treating them accordingly. You, Jimmy, have thrown that concept totally out the window. You've assigned threat to a homosexual based on nothing but a natural characteristic of who he is. Just as racists assign negative and vicious stereotypes to black people for simply being black, you've labeled a gay man dangerous simply for being gay.
Not only is that intellectually disingenuous, it's morally reprehensible.
