Yeah, the one I posted was the condensed version. The original was first published in his "Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs" book (which I highly recommend). It looks like he also has a sports focused book you cite as well.

Soccer is a no different sport. Full of low life's and corruption. That's not even counting the fans.

The concussion thing worries me too. I've had a few also even though they aren't as common in hockey. I love hockey and will play until I can't anymore but my body is in shambles because of it and I'm not sure I'd want my kid to deal with that.
I guess.....lacrosse? Baseball? Eh. Whatever he wants as long as it makes him happy tbh. And as long as he's doing some team sport or activity.
