Personally, I prefer nobody gives a shit. Who the f**k cares is a question, and when asking questions of that nature, it is easy to sound like you are whining. Whereas nobody gives a shit is a declarative statement that is best ended with an exclamation mark.

This is the perfect example of patriarchy in action. Masculine vs feminine. Hindering statements. A question is whiny and weak, therefor bad. A statement is strong and authoritative, therefor good. This mimics the stereotypes of the modern genders when in reality there is no inherently good or bad way to state this.

The problem with Who The f**k Cares, as it pertains to being a question, is that some dumbass is going to to start listing off people who they think might care. Nobody Gives a Shit, on the other hand, does not invite further discussion or interpretation of the subject.

Disagree. Who the f**k cares is always better. Usually the questions answers itself, no one f**k cares. It's best to let idiots come to this conclusion on their own..whole teach a man to fish bullshit. If they start answering then it's even better. There is a small but not impossible chance that someone important does f**k care, in which case you blow it off as a joke and avoid f**k yourself over. If they start listing off people that are not important, then you can tell them what you really wanted to tell them from the beginning. Shut the f**k up.
