Ok so, I'm starting something new this week. Kinda my own lazy man version of cross-fit. Short set of cardio - free weights - tummy - cardio - free weights - tummy - cardio - free weights - tummy - cardio. I do this for about an hour a day 4 days a week. The plan is to improve my overall fitness, endurance, and maybe just maybe (working with diet of course) lose that last 15 lbs of law school chub.
I had been playing with free-weights and a lil' cardio to see if I could get the college strength back, it worked, but now it's time to bulk down just a bit.
I'll let you guys know if it works.

Will prove most difficult to lose weight without at least minimal jogging.

buy a bike. biking is awesome and a great cardio routine. also easy on the back.
well, as long as you aren't lazy about it. coasting a lot and not peddling down hills and stuff. and keeping your gears really low.
don't be lazy.

Don't worry about "tummy". Just do free weights, cardio (try swimming if you can), and rest.
Here are a couple of good sites:

Yes a bike is the way to go if injuries prevent running (even a stationary exercise bike). I know of runners who have injured themselves and use exercise bikes and various similar machines.
