I agree, the refereeing has been exceptionally poor on the games I've watched. It is weird because, yes, it is fine to let things go a little in the playoffs, but they appear to be NOT doing that for certain teams.

apparently, if you push the push the puck over the blue line but keep the stick near but not on the puck your teammate can be yards offsides until you touch the puck again
