You could make this about any OPEC country with the price of oil at $30. Venezuela, Nigeria, Algeria, Saudi, Russia, Azerbaijan, all these countries are f**k f**k f**k if oil is anywhere near $30 for a prolonged period. Obama really should slap a huge tax on imported oil but not on us shale. These countries have been systematically f**k us re oil for decades and we should use every bit of economic leverage we have to keep us shale producers online. Flood the market and drown all these kleptocratic regimes once and for all.

They're all hurting in a big way...but Venezuela is probably going to collapse. They are sitting on maybe the largest oil reserves in the world...and are now literally importing oil. Its nuts.
