Remove the taxation difference between capital gains and personal income and create new tax brackets for truly high income folks ($1M plus, $5M plus, etc.). Good start. Wealth disparity is an enormous issue that absolutely needs to be addressed.

income tax rates for top end are not at historical lows. for most of our existence actually the tax rate was 0%, indy, which is much lower than today and you can keep infinitely more money from the government.
when it was introduced it was 8% top rate. the top rate was lower in part of the teens, 20s, and late 80 early 90s than it is today
but keep on trotting out that line about "historic lows" for the top rate even though simply google searches show you're factually incorrect
