A lot of the former mods from PCF have previously expressed a disinclination to take up the role again.
But if there are any who have changed their minds I would suggest that Thundertaker, Winchester and LNRW had excellent records.
I also think Boris Johnson would make a good moderator.
Edit: And eynon, don't want to forget him.
