New thread - Active suspensions/PB

In the past, we have gotten a lot of posts, PMs, etc when people get suspended. To try and curb the "mystery" around these things, we've started a thread that is going to list all current suspensions and Penalty Box stints going on. Its not going to be open to discussion or debate (other than by normal means), but rather let you know who is suspended, a generic reason why, and when their time is up.

Soon, I'll be adding a feature that sends the full PM in the email when you get notification (assuming you have it turned on). This way, suspended users can see the message from the staff to see the reason of the suspension.

This is experimental and we'll see how it works out. Feel free to add suggestions, comments, complaints about it here.

Seems like so far VIPs are far more badly behaved than ordinary posters.

It may be worth keeping a running score to see if this pattern holds.
