Every once in awhile when I submit a post I get a message saying "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again"

Another issue I've had, and maybe it's a Firefox issue, is sometimes when I go to another tab to look something up, and come back to the PCF page everything I've typed is gone.

I thought that invalid form submission usually resulted from time-outs. When this happens, are you logged out of the website as well?

Forgot to update on here - I checked the error logs and am not seeing any errors from the site. I've tried to duplicate the error and haven't gotten it to do it once. One of those "ghosts in the machine". I'll keep checking on it periodically, though.
