Government operation has become nothing more then a predictable ceremony for so long, it spooks everyone to see it actually doing things that were just talked about before. Border security, trade deals, dealing with terrorists. **==

Great point. Prior to January 20, 2017, never before had American politicians worked on border security, trade deals, or national security.

hacked by russians

and no, it's not a wall, it's a fence mostly, but that doesn't mean that other administrations had not done anything about immigration enforcement. in fact i think ICE raids are down under trump for the first month in than they were under obama

and nafta was the greatest trade deals this country has ever made. the TPP and TTIP would have possibly been better but as mexico and canada our our neighbors it's been imperative to have nafta

before becoming the spicy meme we love, sean spicer was swallowing 6 packs of gum a day (this is factually true by the way, although perhaps it was around 5; "2 and a half packs before noon" was the actual quote by him) and kicking some ass as the voice of the office of the us trade repesentative. for years he was a defender of free trade

when asked about how this is now working for the protectionist trump, he said an amazing line

“There are doctors who help people who have done bad things, there are lawyers who defend bad people. I don’t think it’s unique to my profession.” -- Sean Spicer, on working for DJ Trump
