Anybody else feel overloaded?

I feel like I need to just stop reading the news or something. Take up knitting? I have no idea...I just feel exhausted following this amazing stream of bullshit every day. What do you guys do to pass the time while you're not working? Hobbies? Outside interests?

Read scifi and fantasy books... a lot of them. I'm midway through the Vorkosigan Saga which I can't believe I hadn't heard of till about a month ago. https://www.goodreads.com/series/98254- ... onological That and try to get out of town and just do something else. Heading to Seattle in a week and a half which is always fun.

It's also hunting season (antelope), deer will be in 2 weeks. Shot 2 antelope on Saturday morning and spent Saturday afternoon skinning and butchering them in the garage. Absolutely love getting outdoors during the fall.

i do blacksmithing. moving metal is soothing. running is also very zen. try reading nonfiction history of distant past, or other things you might find interesting. i've also been taking forigen language courses. try playing factorio if you want a zen game, or even stardew valley. or just play some pubg if you want the exhilaration of a chicken dinner. speaking of which, try cooking

I do it at a place in Minneapolis called the fire arts center http://www.cafac.org/

They offer all things fire arts. Glass, metal, whatever. Classes, as well as renting time. City only lets them use propane though

There are some other forges around the cities too I could use, and once I have the property I'll have my own propane forge. You can Google blacksmithing classes and you'll probably find something

Currently I'm working on joinery, for a picture frame. I've made a lot of tools and a few pieces, such as a four hook wall hung coat rack and a metal trivet

Get some freinds bro, wtf what do you mean what do you do in your free time. Go on dates/ Grab beers with your bros and golf or or play xbox or just shoot the shit like a f**k normal person. Take up sport I'm big into tennis now because the f**k pickup soccer team played at 10am on a saturday like im waking up for that shit. Improve yourself or you finances, get qualified in something learn a langauge pick up a side hustle like cryptos learn to cook. Hell if all of this sounds like to much work just pick up smoking or drinking sometimes nice just to end an evening brooding on the balcony with some scotch and a cig. Life is to short to waste it following the lives of others be it news or tv or other shit
