Ernest could have been trying to free his foot from a seat belt. No matter what he was doing he was frantic and trying to get moving. HE WAS NOT OBEYING THE COMMAND TO raise his hands and not move. Was it a planned hit by the cops? That is not like you guys to think conspiracy. Has there been a shift here a P.C.F. ? I used to be the guy who put conspiracy theory out there and get laughed at. I think Ernest should have raised his hands and not moved. He would be alive today had he not made an attempt to exit the truck.

It was obviously an assassination. The cop knew who he was and his record and had no intention of bringing him back alive.
