your laptop probably has a mic but it's horrible for gaming unless you intend to yell or have your face touching the screen.

Hahaha. yeah i'm just going to buy a headset, can't be that expensive right? also i need new headphones because these last ones were shit and i lost the ear buds.

well you could just pick up a 20 dollar desk mic at walmart but if you need headphones too you might as well just get a headset.
