I think if you read the article I linked to you will come to realize that, when given a choice, many if not most people rejected the European culture in favor of aborigine cultures.

There are literally thousands of examples of repatriated whites escaping civilized captivity (literally bound at night in some cases) to return to their homes in the forest and none going the opposite way.

Their personal testimonies explains why that was. Perhaps the most striking observation of this phenomena was made by a dude named Cotton Mather, who was baffled by this very common outcome. I think you are probably familiar with that name.

I'm not talking about renegades or criminals running from their past either. These were everyday people who lived with both cultures and found life with the native to be superior to the indentured drudgery of white society, so they left.

and if japan had won ww2 you'd have a lot of west coasters rejecting japanese culture too.
