No, you were asking me directly. You've repeatedly asked me. My answer has always been no, but you continue asking, because I've told you she wasn't resisting arrest. This goes back to the basic premise that there are bad things you can do when interacting with cops that are not resisting arrest. I don't know why you're so eager to lump everything into the same offense.

i don't get how upholding civil liberties and due process is "siding with the criminals"
if you want a barbaric justice system there are plenty of countries to choose from.

I think even though tons of people have been wrongly convicted and far more falsely arrested, many people somehow have this idea that it would never happen to them cause they aren't like those scary criminals. Very dangerous mindset.
