wow. so f**k brazen. and it wasn't just one officer, two officers watched him do this. officer forgot that the camera saves the 30 seconds before the camera was turned on as well
a man sat in jail unable to post bail for months until this video was found. charges have been dropped
there have been no charges against the officers, and apparently the prosecutor used the same officer as a witness a week later in another case

This is when a citizen needs compensated, not the usual payoffs to thugs that has become almost commonplace.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
