Just a heads up, football coaches don't normally teach a class. They just do football. Some of the smaller school districts they probably do PE or something, but most don't.

That's why graduates can barely write their own name, but can do wonders with a ball. =))

Not sure I see the issue. What do f**k guidance counselors make, or do nothing teachers on year 22 of their tenure? Shit, I played sports in high school and i can tell you for a fact those football coaches do more for those kids and do more to turn them into productive citizens than just about any other teacher in the school.

Most teachers and counselors max at like 75k with 30 years of teaching.

Eh, not sure about that. In the south yea but teachers in NE make much more. In any case, 75k is great for someone who works 9 months a year in a low COL area and has basically no accountability to actually produce results. Average income in like 2/3rds of that for a full time job, with much worse benefits and at will employment in most cases.

Wait, people who live areas of the country with a higher cost of living make more than someone living in a area with a lower cost of living? No way!
