Sad news indeed..
There's a few things I remembered all my live where I was when the 'event' happened..
The JFK assassination... Mets winning the WS in 1969... The American Hockey team beating the Russians in 1980.. And watching Armstrong stepping on the moon.. I'll never forget it..

Why is he so famous for it? Someone else built the space ship. And a monkey was there before him.
