LNRW is not the problem. He is a hard-working Canadian man who has closely held views, but does not try to deliberately sabotage the proper functioning of government. You can have wonderful, coherent disagreements with him. Simply not the type I'm referring too, although in any case, it wouldn't matter - your assessment is correct. He is far, far more tough than me, and I wouldn't f**k with him.

As for Boomers, my life, etc., I'm pretty happy these days. Fairly healthy, financially stable, decent home and social life, close family, etc. I'm not as financially successful as I'd like, but I'm also still young, and making up for the excesses of my 20s. So, in response, I'm not blaming my life on anyone. I am instead assigning blame to that group of people who has behaved reprehensibly, without honour or dignity.

American conservatives have had a negative impact on every human being on this planet.

The War on Drugs. The constant warmongering in South Africa and the Middle East. The election of a man who described Canada as a national security threat, costing both of our economies billions of dollars. Billions of tons of emissions.

So, yes, American Conservatives are a problem to me, and every other person alive.

Could I attain political office? Yes, certainly. I could easily gain a seat on my town council, and I'd have a half-way decent shot at provincial so long as I lined up my ducks first.

I own a home, in a rural area, not an apartment in an urban one.

I also would never run for political office because I have no intentions of being horrendously abused for the rest of my professional career.
