On the DOMA ruling, I just don't understand how one could dissent on that ruling....from a constitutional point of view.

The Court made the right decision; DOMA would have had to been a constitutional amendment, not just a regular bill. States have always been forbidden from not recognizing legal contracts in other states. This is no different.

Lol that's so pathetic, especially since everyone darn knows the government is not a single entity wrapped up in the administrative branch. The Obama admin can't simply ignore a law with those stakes. It would have to be struck.
