My biggest beef with the teachers union is that they've gone so far beyond what should be worker protection. Some of the stuff they do in the modern era is absolutely sickening. Two things I take the most beef with is first in, first out and tenured teachers becoming untouchable.
Just a couple of examples of utter and inarguable abuses by teachers unions but there are plenty out there.
