In all seriousness, that's what a lot of this is starting to remind me of. Dehumanizing your "opponents" so that they're some bizarre caricature where it doesn't matter what happens to them.
The sickest part is that we're talking about our fellow countrymen here, who are being portrayed as some sort of existential threat to America that must be snuffed out.
