Looks like a money grab to me with a bit of someone or some people wanting to blame the theater and not the guy that pull the trigger. I guess now this theater is going to have pat downs and metal detectors.

Its America- lawyers rule the land. The only way this can be remedied is we reform the tort laws- but then a lot of lawyers will be out of work and they cant have that...
