what about allowing people with gym memberships to claim a refundable tax credit?

Or we could instead just force fast food companies to stop selling shitty 2 trillion calorie goo.
I think most people that want to work out will do so with or without government help.
What about people that run? Pay for a pair of shoes every 4 months?
