Arkansas is a Poor state, however I don't live in a poor area in the state of Arkansas, and I don't have any kids who need an education.
This is a better place for Adults, than it is for kids.
However I'd personally shoot myself in the head, if both God, and Reincarnation was real and I was told I'd be born again, and born here.
Philadelphia's economics are in fact worse by comparison.
At least here in Fayetteville, education is what you make of it, as opposed to what a run down garbage dump full of future prisoners make of it for ya.
If you can do algebra and geometry you're fine, anywhere.

You want to know what makes Pennsylvania a rich state with a high median income ?
Blue Bell, King of Prussia, Cheltenham, Elkins Park, Fort Washington, Levittown and so on and so forth.
