I'm quite curious actually. What conversation could be had? As you said, any limitations we even discuss will result in massive efforts by gun owners to proactively undermine that limitation. You also said we aren't allowed to discuss any regulations because that will cause proliferation (which will naturally be our fault, as per you).
So what's the groundwork for a discussion, exactly?
