Yep...definitely sounds like bumpfire. I can't think of any other explanation for that. I mean...could be a trigger crank being turned inconstantly? Rate of fire isn't as high as bump fire can be...

could be a crank, but i think it would have more of a stop and go, jerky sound if he was laying off the rate of fire rather than a smooth movement up and down on the rate of fire

If footage like this isn't enough to bring it home and get some legislation passed nothing will. Too many people will be able to see themselves in this type of helpless situation and demand some accountability.
