He didn't say all African nations were shitholes, he allegedly implied at least two of them are. Further, not wanting to accept people from them is because the people are fleeing and likely aren't high value in terms of what they offer, unlike people that had a first world education, for example, to pick a first world nation at random, Norway.

Just because I won't say everything the man says it's racist doesn't mean I support him at all. If Congress passes a continuation budget and reasonably addresses DACA, and it goes on his desk, he'll have to sign it if public opinion is behind the bill.
