norton antivirus f**k my computer up worse than a virus years after i stopped using it. it wouldn't let me uninstall, and, after trying to use a VPN it made it so i couldn't access internet. it cost me an upgrade from vista to win7 to get support from microsoft + about 8hrs on tech support to fix
