I think that if the axis were to win WWII the world probably won't be much different today except for the location of the problems. Europe would likely be engaged in a long term resistance struggle. So would Asia if Japan won. The US would not have been affected as much because it's geographically isolated. Turkey would probably prosper because of its relative size and neutrality. Turkey would likely emerge as a global power.
The German themselves wouldn't be in the Nazi fanatic phase forever. The generals would just be biding their time for the death of Hitler. There would be a purge of the Nazi ranks and the new leader would try to negotiate peace with the neighboring nations.
Basically, the Middle East would be like America, Europe would be like the Middle East, and America and Asia would both be somewhere in the middle.

If Germany and Russia remain allied or even mutually non-aggressive, everyone in continental Europe ends up speaking German.

Also unless the Germans pursue a completely different naval strategy from about 1933 on, and the Royal navy I dunno all sinks or something. Sea Lion working is not plausible.
