Which is fresher, that pic above . . . or this:

No one get's the food at the above though. My region of Florida grows strawberries and oranges for example. Except for a few weeks when they are harvested, you can get oranges and strawberries that are just as good, if not better, in NYC than you will get in most of the places around where it's grown. Don't get me wrong, when they are in season it's awesome to pick up fresh strawberries at a stand or something, but that's a small fraction of the year. The rest of the year the options would be dead awful if Publix wasn't doing gods work. New York I don't know or care what season it is, they find a way to get you a variety of fresh produce.

Like I said, the only place I would say that has noticeably fresher food than the rest of the country is California.

So, where do you get fresh fruit in NYC if it's not Publix or the equivalent? That guy who also sells cigarettes and fake Rolexes?

No clue where it comes from but there is some Indian dude a block from my place who has a fruit stand open every weekend. Great quality and tons of variety. Homie gives me discounts on the blueberries

I'm just assuming, but when you have snow on the ground, my bet is that they AREN'T local. We start picking strawberries in February.

I don't give a shit where it's from. It tastes delicious, is healthy, and seems quite fresh.

Wait a sec. Why are you arguing, Saz? You're in Florida. That place is second only to CA in terms of fresh fruit and veggies. My point is that, most of the time, you don't get fresh food (produce, mainly, and some other things) in the North.

Well I'm in Boston and just got some grapes at the grocery store, and my fruity indian bro is in NYC. I mostly live in the north and I'm telling you the food is just as fresh here as it is in Florida. Unless you literally go out to the strawberry field or have an orange tree in your yard, you won't get much fresher than a lot of the stuff you get in NYC.

I've always wanted to check Colorado out due to landscape porn. However beyond getting high and taking in some vistas, hetting high at HSTs fortified compound, or getting high and arrested in Golden so Non has to defend you, is there much to do? How's the nightlife?

Ton of fun shit bro. Go snowboarding. Denver is a big fun city with good bars, beer, and music. Football, baseball, soccer teams. I have a special place in my heart for CU-Boulder. And obviously you can smoke all day so boredom is impossible. Probably the best non-costal state in the nation, by a rocky mile.
