No, it cannot terminate a fertilized egg. If your egg has become fertilized, the morning after pill didn't work. It was taken too late for your body and you are exceptionally unlucky (well in the sense that being incredibly fertile with the perfect sexual partner is unlucky).

Ok props, you've increased my knowledge about the morning after pill. I'm surprised that they say it's so effective up to 72 hours later if that's the case though.
Still unswayed on my larger point though. If it did terminate a newly fertilized egg before it attached to the uterus would your moral stance toward it change? Is that fertilized egg really a human life at this point?
