I think it is unconstitutional to require a drug test in order to receive welfare. I think it has something to do with probably cause. Requiring a drug test makes it seem as if you suspect the person is on drugs. From a legal standpoint that is.

I agree with you. We have turned into the nation of freeloaders. Welfare and other social benefits were already 63% of federal budget in 2015. Social Security is practically $900 billion a year. But our veterans receive less than 6500$ a year or even starving!
