Alot of Holland is below sea level, they seem to be doing ok. But you have to maintain your systems. Nola was not a Katrina disaster, but a system fail disaster.

you're conflating two separate points, for one.
secondly you didn't give any facts you just did the typical "HERE IS AN EXAMPLE WHERE WEATHER WAS NORMAL ERGO YOU'RE WRONG" type of argument that climate change deniers use ad infinitum. that's not worth my time to argue against. if you think nothing is happening, fine. that's your deal. i'm not going to try and change your mind because i really don't care. the unprepared will be effected disproportionately and that's comforting enough.

There's little doubt this old planet of ours is warming up.. But I am not sure why it's warming up.. It's warmed and cooled many, many times in the past all by itself.
