Nothing too bad on there. The hard-core will grasp at the "full background check before return of seized weapons", primarily because there are instances were guns are seized inappropriately and this allows further delay in returning guns, which is already a lengthy and arduous process that often doesn't result in return of weapons to law abiding citizens at all.
