Utah was trying a couple of years back to have their cops certified a phlebotomists and would have allowed them to pin you down and draw blood on the streets if you refuse the field tests. Here, at least, the police can take you into custody and then have it done at a hospital, but it isn't necessary since refusal is automatic loss of license so they only do it if it is a case where they need evidence for some reason, like it is related to another crime. This broads name came up a lot when they were pushing for the law.
Frankly, Utah cops can't even handle tasers. I sure as hell wouldn't want The Huntress ramming a needle in my arm.

FYI, I'm not "OK" to drive after 2 beers. I might be under the limit, but my reaction time has decreased. I did the experiment one day where I drove several laps in Forza 4 (video game) to get a benchmark. Then, drank a beer. Drove several more laps. Drank another beer 10 minutes later. After barely 2 beers (it was immediately after drinking the 3rd, but before I could metabolize it), my lap times started falling off. After 4 beers, I was running off track.
