We should allow doping in athletics. If the athletes are OK with it, and the public wants to see bigger and better performances, why not?
Why create arbitrary barriers and lines? You can take vitamins, creatine, and other chemicals to make yourself better than you normally would be. But, you may not use your own blood. You can take this chemical, but not that one.
Stupid. Just allow it all. If an athlete is OK with only living until he's 40 years old, then let him take all that stuff. I'd probably watch some guy who is able to ride a bike at 100mph up a mountain. Sure be more exciting than watching the same guy huffing and puffing to do 40.

I think the headline when all this is said and done is that it's not so much that he lied and got caught, it's how he vindictively went after those who told the truth about him.
And he doesn't seem overly remorseful about it, more that he is backed into a corner so what else is he going to do?

The timing of this "coming out" interview was all about him hoping to reduce the ban on his ability to compete in triathalons.
The one event he purposefully didn't mention was Iron Man. That's the one he was VERY upset he got cut out of at the last second for he had been training for it. He wants an 8 year ban (most of the time already served) and not get a lifetime ban. This was all about damage control to reduce that ban.
