I can't thank Martin Smith enough for holding Breuer's feet to the fire. He looked incredulous towards him at the end when he came forward with all those whistleblowers aiding civil suits. Stuff just kept stacking up throughout the episode that made him look woefully incompetent or far too cautious.

The headline as I put in your locked thread was that guy admitting he wasn't prosecuting because he was afraid of the business consequences for the banks if he did so.

That's why the TBTF banks need to be dismantled and brought down to a reasonable size there collapse of any one of them does not threaten the entire system.
As a result, they'd have to act a lot more responsibly knowing that there'd be no gov't bailout awaiting them when their latest scheme went bust.
