Quite a few US states have laws which say a brain dead woman who's pregnant must be kept 'alive' until the child can be delivered regardless of what the woman or family want.
I don't know if this state has this law, but at the very least it's a grey legal and moral area.

Also "potential person" is not a legal or scientific term or concept. It's a colloquialism and can therefore be dismissed without further comment.

The concept of "personhood" is completely subjective, and the way it is being used currently in our society is a relic of the 4th century. (it's how they explained the components of holy trinity).

Deliver? At 14 weeks its the size of a tangerine. Thats an abortion, not a delivery. Of course it isn't viable.

As I clearly said it probably wouldn't be viable but I think they are obliged to try if there is a chance at all. A call for a doctor to make, not some guy on the internet that googles for a picture of the most undeveloped 14 week fetus he can find to score a cheap point.

A 14 week old fetus has almost zero chance of surviving. If it miraculously did it would be severely retarded.

The decision to try should rest with the father. There are very few doctors who would engage in such butchery though. The youngest surviving premature births are at 25 weeks. The very youngest is 21 weeks and that child suffered severe respiratory and digestive problems and had multiple brain hemmorages.
