It's pretty well accepted that religious types view plan B and the like as a form of abortion. That wasn't the issue in this case. Your religious beliefs don't have to be fact or supported by science, they just have to be sincerely held.

That is the most loaded hypothetical ever.
The standard is a sincerely held religious belief, is it not? So how can you possibly argue that the court isn't in the business of determining if you are sincere about your religious beliefs?

Trouble being that Hobby Lobby does not have a sincerely held religious belief against contraceptives. They even admitted this.
