I'm just trying to figure out your point. Even if this guy was dealing with racism (and homophobia, in this case) in the workplace, like millions of others...so what? Hows does that mitigate his actions?

No. Mass murders are typically pretty similar to everyone else genetically. They just happen to be evil or deranged or both. So no, not subhuman. And a terrible choice of words in any discussion about race, regardless of who is being discussed, unless you're trying to fit in at stormfront.
